ISO - Quality Politics Statement

COMBRIDGE aims to ensure full satisfaction of clients ' requirements, or even to exceed them, both legal and regulatory, by getting the qualification specified in the basic documentation, by providing services that answers to our customer’s needs and by keeping the deadlines of the activities.

For this purpose we implemented and maintain a Quality Management System, in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000, which ensures the safe and efficient functioning of the organisational processes and organisational management, with a view to ensure the full passes of the requirements of the beneficiary, the quality of the services provided and the terms of contract agreed with.

Our goal is to prevent misconducts during the whole process between client’s requirements and expectations identification and support and maintenance after delivery.

Responsabilites:

  • The General Manager has the responsibility of establishing, implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System within the scope of productive processes and activities.
  • The General Manager shall designate the responsibility of the Quality Management System to the Financial Director, who is directly subordonated to him, as a Representative of the Management.

The key elements of the quality strategy are:

  • Serious Commitment of management regarding quality
  • Recruitment and retention of highly qualified and corresponding experience personnel
  • Documenting the creation of processes, procedures and controls
  • Continuous improvement of processes
  • Compliance with all legal, internal or Group reglementations

For success on the competitor market, the Quality Management System applies to each part of the Organization and the quality imrpovement is a continuous process. A special attention is given to employee education and training, for the use of personal creativity in order to facilitate the enforcement of policy in the field of quality. A well documented Quality Management System establishes commitment and cooperation of all the managers of the Organisation and is maintained through audits and analyses, in order to continue improving its effectiveness and efficiency.
