Complaints Procedure for the end users of Combridge services
Dear Customer,
We know how important it is for you to have high quality telecommunication services. In this respect, to satisy our Client’s needs and to continuously improve the quality of our services, Combridge offers you this procedure, through which your requests, problems will be solved timely, as it follows:
- 1. In case you have any problem with Combridge services, please contact us at our Help Desk.

Your complaints will be solved in maximum 5 (five) working days period. We will inform our Clients about solving their complaints as they requested : through e-mail, fax, mail or phone.
The deadline for submitting a complaint is 30 days from the day of occurence, after this deadline we do not assume any responsibility to resolve the case.
If the dispute is reached and it is not settled amicably, you can ask the competent court or the National Communications Authority.

Complaints Procedure for the end users of EUfonika services
Dear Customer,
We do know how important is for you to have high quality telecommunication services. In this respect, to satisy our Client’s needs and to continuously improve the quality of our services, Combridge offers you this procedure, through which your requests, problems will be solved timely, as it follows :
- 1. In case you have any problem with EUfonika services, you cannot initiate any call towards one or more destinations, please contact us at our Customer Service.

In case the problem is caused by the Carrier Preselection Service, the above mentioned deadline can be longer, because of the supplier of this service (Romtelecom).
