EUfonika is a brand of Combridge, the Romanian daughter company of Magyar Telekom, which is part of Deutsche Telekom Group. This company group offers services to more than 55 million clients. EUfonika is a new brand on the Romanian telecommunication market. This service allows to Romtelecom subscribers to save up to 20% on the long-distance calls, and up to 40% on mobile and international ones. Using this service does not involve any installation fee, there is no client fidelity contract, no need to change the existing telecommunication infrastructure or installing some new equipment. We have just reduced prices.
The Object of the Contract is to supply telecommunication services, using the call-preselection-methodology, with the specific access code allocated to Combridge by the Regulatory Authority, called from now on the EUfonika service.
This service ensures to the client the possibility of initializing long distance, international and mobile calls, according to the contractual specification included in the Service Contract and its annexes, signed with Combridge.
The access to the service is done by authentification of the user’s numbers in Combridge network. Dialing the access code before the destination number, according to the instructions included in the contract, the user or the contractor from who’s number the service is accessed can call any destination. The EUfonika access code is: 1688.
To access the service, the user has to registrate through the Client Service Department of the Company. The necessary conditions are: the user has to be a Romtelecom client, and the registration should be done from one of the phone numebrs which will be contracted. The coverage area of EUfonika is the same with Romtelecom’s.
Combridge commits itself to supply the EUfonika services keeping the minimum necessary quality standards according to the legislation in place.
Service Options

- companies: the copy of the CUI
2. Options, details of the service :
The installation deadline of the contracted service is maximum 5 working days for the clients who are dialing manually the acces code before the final number and 10 working days for those clients who requested the Transportator Preselection Service.
At activation the clients get one of the following bonuses: 100 free minutes to Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy / including Vatican/, Great Britain, Spain, USA, Hungary) or 1 hour free minutes to the Orange and Vodafone mobile networks, starting with the first date of activation of the service. Utilizing these minutes is not conditioned to a defined period, space of time or client cathegory.
Calling direction can be restrictioned towards mobile networks, international networks or both. The Client can request or cancel this service by calling the Client Service Department.
In case of users connected to analogical centers in the Romtelecom network, the EUfonika service cannot be supplied. The possibility of using the service can be cheked calling the Client Service Department of Combridge and mentioning the phone number to which the service is requested.
The emergency number cannot be called through EUfonika, these numbers can be called using directly the Romtelecom lines.
We are not offering call redirection services, prepaid solutions, roaming services, number portability, messaging.

Pricing is minute based to all call cathegories.
Pricing is EURO-based, it will be converted to RON using the exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania applicable on the last banking day of the previous month to billing. This exchange rate will be mentioned on the invoice.
In case the client is not paying the invoice in 100 days from payment deadline, Combridge will close the service, notifying previously the client. Service reactivation will be done after the integral payment owned to Combridge, including the late payment penalties, in 3 working days starting the date the amounts entered to Combridge bank account.
In case of all the clients (for home users and compenaies, too) the payment of the invoices can be done in all the Romanian Post Offices, in the ING Bank ot rin the Trezoreria Sfântu Gheorghe.

Fidelity program
The faithful clients of EUfonika services benefit of substantial price reductions.
There is a 5% price reduction of the amount of calls made during one month if this is in the range of 50 – 99,99 RON (without VAT).
But this is not all, if the amount of calls is higher than 100 RON (without VAT) you will get further 10% price reduction of the amount above it.
And, to see how much you can save using EUfonika, if the amount of the calls is higher than 300 RON (without VAT) you will get further 15% discount of the amount above it, till 499,99 RON (without VAT).
With EUfonika, the clients necessities to speak more for less costs towards the preferred destinatons become a reality. In case of calls higher than 500 RON (without VAT) per month, we will make you a personalized offer.
